An incredible dinner from start to finish — thoughtful dishes, handmade pastas, and a cozy atmosphere that made the whole evening feel special. We shared everything family-style, and here’s what we loved: 🥦 Broccoli con Bagna Caoda Pan-roasted broccoli with anchovy-garlic sauce. Beautifully charred and flavorful, though just a bit too salty for our taste. Still a great side overall! 🥩 Lombatello Perfectly cooked hanger steak – tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The smoked eggplant polenta fritters on the side were a surprising highlight! 🍝 Tajarin con Burro e Salvia Simple but stunning. The fresh egg yolk pasta was silky and rich, paired perfectly with butter and sage. A must-order. 🍝 Cavatelli al Ragù di Costelette Tender pasta with a hearty short rib ragù and sweet cherry tomatoes. So satisfying and deeply comforting. 🍞 House Bread Warm, crusty, and addictive. Served with olive oil — the perfect starter. 🍽️ Antipasto Misto della Casa A lovely variety of cold starters: prosciutto with heirloom melon, ricotta with crushed peas, cucumber with goat cheese, and arugula salad. Fresh, light, and well-composed. 🐟 Anchovy & Brie Toast Salty, creamy, crunchy — a bold, delicious bite that kicked off the meal in the best way. 💁‍♀️ Service was warm, friendly, and efficient. The whole dining experience felt special, and the ambiance was just right for a relaxed but elevated night out. 💯 Even with the slightly salty broccoli, everything else was so good that we’d come back in a heartbeat.

We had an AMAZING dinner here! Our waitress was amazing and she recommended a beautiful bottle of wine. She has a great personality that made our experience that much better. The food was delicious. We got the ZUPPA INGLESE CON MELE for dessert and it was so good. It was essentially a cross between tiramisu and apple strudel.

Absolutely incredible meal from start to finish. The handmade pastas lived up to the hype — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The tajarin with butter and sage was a standout, but honestly, every dish was memorable. The ambiance is warm and intimate, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Seattle. Highly recommend for a special night out or anyone who loves Italian done right.

We came by around 5 PM on a Wednesday with no reservation and were seated after about a 20-minute wait, which wasn’t bad at all! The service here is amazing—super attentive and friendly the whole time. We started with the four-appetizer tray. The prosciutto with melon and the salad were our favorites and definitely worth ordering. The hummus with corn and cucumber with goat cheese were just okay. One thing we really loved is that you can get half portions of pasta, which is perfect for trying different dishes. The ragu and butter & sage pasta were the standouts—so flavorful with incredible texture. The fine hand-cut pasta with pork and beef was the only one we’d probably skip next time. For drinks, the lavender gin cocktail was a hit, while the hibiscus vermouth was just alright. We ended with the baba al rhum. The mousse and nectarine were really good, but the rum flavor was a little strong for us. Overall, fantastic experience with amazing service and some seriously delicious pasta. Highly recommend checking this place out, especially if you’re a pasta lover!

Insanely delicious pastas, anything on Primi is a must try. I took my partner here, he thought meh at first but became a fan after second time. We keep coming back for their egg yolk pasta, but this time found they have some really good desserts too. The melon granita and corn panna cotta are SO GOOD I hope they keep it on the menu or rotate them back sooner!

Overall an enjoyable experience with pasta being the highlight. Very light and delicate pasta noodles paired with simple but flavorful sauce and lots of high quality shaved parmesan. Not something you can easily find elsewhere.

My partner and I dined out for my birthday, and had a wonderful experience. Our server, “Lucky G” made the night so special; they were decidedly warm and welcoming. They created a night we will always remember, and pointed us in the right direction of their favorite dishes. They anticipated our needs before we asked. Everything was delicious, and the Cipollini Ripieni were truly to die for.

I would get this place get Seattle's first Michelin star, from the excellent service, to the pit of this world cuisine, you cannot go wrong at Spinasse. I highly recommend the tasting menu. The handmade pasta with butter and sage was so delicious and complex, it blew my mind there were only 3 ingredients, the ragu was out of this world, literally every dish I tasted made me want to exclaim " Oh My Gosh! ". Do yourself a favor and go get the experience of a lifetime. And to the staff at Spinasse, Thank you thank you thank you! You made my wife's birthday one she will never forget!

I’ve eaten lots and lots of pasta in Seattle and this has been my favorite Spinasse thus far.the service was exceptional, with our waiter giving insight into each of the menu items and providing great suggestions as to how we could best enjoy our meal. The food was phenomenal, my partner and I decided to go with some appetizers and a few smaller plates of pasta to allow us to try as much as possible. Great spot for a date, dinner with friends, or perhaps a place to reward yourself with a nice dinner.

Was well worth the wait for a reservation to open up. We went to celebrate a birthday the day after Christmas and this was a lovely birthday dinner. Our host, Eric, made a wonderful meal an even lovelier experience with his knowledge, humor, and story telling. The ambience was cozy and homey. You could see the pasta being made if you're seated near the bar. We ended up being way too full once the night was finished since we had the Menu Degustazione experience. Most tasting menus, you'll often leave feeling a little bit hungry after. This tasting menu, we ended up having to box things to go! As Eric said, this was like... being hosted into an Italian family's home that is trying to impress you through your stomach.
